My normally thriving garden has died an early death this year due to scorching July temperatures. Here in Northern Nevada we are currently experiencing the ‘closest thing to a globe-encircling heat wave’ reaching around the Northern Hemisphere from Reno, NV to Rome, Italy. There just isn’t enough watering I can do to salvage many of my poor wilting outdoor plants.
